Orders
All orders are confirmed manually on WhatsApp. We respond within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 11:00–19:00 IST). Payment is collected via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery within India.
Shipping
Pan-India shipping in 3–6 working days. International shipping available on request. Tracking IDs are shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Genuine manufacturing defects qualify for a replacement. Sale items are final.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photography, the OffBeast wordmark, and all seal/logo variants are the intellectual property of OffBeast Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
